Question by imh400: Should a reputable headhunter be charging you a fee to find you a job?
I met with my first headhunter today. My understanding about headhunters is that they charged the company a fee to find a quality worker to fill a position. He told me today that there would be a “modest” fee for me, that is usually worked out with the employer. Sounds shady, but I was wondering if I am way off.
